About Will Torrent
Will is an award-winning patisserie chef and chocolatier.
Will has made many TV appearances, including being a regular on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch and This Morning. He is the author of three popular baking books, including ‘Patisserie at Home’. His no-nonsense approach to the techniques in patisseries has earned high praise in reviews for all his books.
As well as teaching here at Seasoned, Will is the consultant pastry chef to Waitrose, Global Ambassador for Cacao Barry, WorldSkills UK and the Tearfund charity. He’s also a member of the Craft Guild of Chefs, the Academy of Chocolate and the Guild of Food Writers.
Will has worked with some of the world’s finest chefs around the UK and beyond. His passion for baking and chocolate, extensive experience and friendly style will ensure you have a busy day of learning in a fun environment.
