Course Overview

This traditional Indian cooking course is a fantastic way to learn how to make delicious Indian food in your own kitchen.  We have selected different dishes from around India, with their signature spices and ingredients, so that you can widen your repertoire of recipes.  Your course tutor is Nidhi, founder of Meri Rasoi & teacher of Indian cuisine for the last 8 years having been born & brought up in India.

You will learn the basics of different regions within one of the world’s most popular cuisines.

The day will include spicy, coconut based dishes of the south region and rich, mellow dishes of the northern region. Our traditional Indian cooking course should inspire you and instill confidence enabling you to recreate the dishes in your own kitchen for friends and family.
