Get your team out and about to enjoy the warmer days and lighter nights, whether it’s enjoying a team BBQ with a difference or getting competitive in a Restaurant Challenge. Our team days provide an opportunity to reward teams, as well as acting as a boost to morale and motivation. Getting out of the office and into the fresh air gives everyone a mini-break before the summer holidays. Here’s some options you could choose or contact us to discuss your ideas.

Team BBQ

BBQ & Beer Tasting

Celebrate your team and their successes this summer. A relaxing and informative half day or evening event, your team will learn tips and tricks from one of our expert chefs on how to extend their BBQ skills, alongside a tasting of local beers.  Our chef will share the principles behind BBQ cooking, using our full range of Weber BBQs.

A typical feast could include:

Tomato and mozzarella pizza

Beer can chicken

Chargrilled broccoli with chilli and garlic

Smoked pork loin with BBQ rub and crackling

Barbecued chocolate fondants

The menu on the day can easily be adapted to suit allergies or dietary requirements.

Sausage & Cider 

Learn a new skill as a team, and then enjoy the fruits of your labours alongside a tasting of local ciders. Perfect for a team to get away from the office and do something a little different, as well as enjoy some time together.

Your team can make different flavours of sausages together, definitely a fun experience. We promise there will be plenty of laughter. They’ll also get to take some of the sausages home to enjoy with their family and friends.

On a typical event, teams will make three different types of sausage. We’ll then organise the BBQ, and they’ll enjoy the sausages served alongside an array of different salads. We accompany the BBQ with a tasting of three different local ciders.

Burger & Lobster

If your team deserves recognition for great efforts, then treat them to a day of decadence.

As hands-on as your team wants to be, we’ll create a BBQ feast with different types of hand made burgers and lobster dishes.

Menu

Starters of:

Lobster Thermidor, Lobster Mac & Cheese and BBQ Lobster tail salad

Make & shape brioche buns and make an array of different fillings for the ultimate burger.

Sides include:

Salads, hand cut chips, home made tomato ketchup & BBQ sauce, béarnaise sauce and black bean burgers for vegetarians.  

This event is suitable for teams between 8 and 18 people as a half day or full day.

Food Safari


Explore the grounds of the Catton Estate on a unique al fresco culinary adventure. Enjoy a tractor and trailer ride around the estate before al fresco dining & different paired drinks in a beautiful riverside glade.   

Culminate the experience with a three course lunch in our private dining room.

Gin Adventure

If your team enjoys G&T’s and deserves a reward, why not treat them to an al fresco Gin Adventure?

A tractor & trailer will guide you to beautiful, undiscovered parts of the estate, where you can enjoy al fresco cooking demonstrations & different G&T combinations.

The day will culminate in our private dining room for a three course lunch.
