Suitable for Vegetarians
We want everyone who comes on a Seasoned cookery course to be able to learn great new techniques and flavours. Choosing not to eat meat shouldn’t be a barrier to that. This is why a broad selection of our courses can be made suitable for vegetarians.
As long as you tell us at the time of booking, the following courses can be adapted to a meat free version for you.
You’ll get all the things that Seasoned cookery courses are famous for: great chefs, lots of new techniques, recipes you can recreate at home, all learnt in a friendly atmosphere. You will learn the same range of recipes and techniques in the day, just adapted to be meat free.
You will potentially be cooking alongside people who are working with meat. It depends on the class bookings for that day, as these are not vegetarian courses. If you’d prefer not to, then our Fresh Asian Kitchen course is focused purely on vegetarian dishes.
