We want everyone who comes on a Seasoned cookery course to be able to learn great new techniques and recipes. Choosing not to, or being unable to, eat gluten shouldn’t be a barrier to that. So we have a broad selection of our courses where alternative gluten free versions of the recipes can be offered.
As long as you tell us at the time of booking, the following courses can include gluten free versions of recipes. You’ll get all the things that Seasoned cookery courses are famous for: great chefs, new techniques, recipes you can recreate at home, all learnt in a friendly atmosphere. You will learn a great range of recipes and techniques in the day, just adapted to be gluten free.
We do need to make you aware that our kitchens are also used for bakery courses. Also, other people around you may be using gluten containing materials. If you have specific concerns, then please ring us on 01283 711 681; we’d be happy to discuss.
When you’re ready to book, please let us know you would like the gluten free version of your chosen course. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee to have the right ingredients on the day unless you let us know in advance.
