Steph has forged a brilliant career in the food industry, specialising in gluten-free recipe development and teaching. She also works as a freelance interim new product development consultant and home economist.
Passionate about the development of gluten-free baking, she thoroughly enjoys inspiring that passion in others. It gives her great satisfaction to pass on her skills to those who need them, either for themselves or family members. Steph is an all-round baking expert though, and also teaches our Festive Bread Making course.
