On all of our specialist cookery courses ingredients for the day are included as well as equipment and an apron to use for the duration of the cooking course. As part of the Seasoned experience you will not have to do your washing up for the day as we have our very own 'Seasoned Fairies' who will do the washing up for you, so all you need to focus on is taking in information and thinking of questions for our expert chefs.
When booking onto any Seasoned cookery course please could you make us aware of any allergies, dietary requirements or if you are vegetarian, this way we can design the day so you can get the most out of it.
Our purpose built kitchens are located in the beautiful grounds of the Catton Hall estate in South Derbyshire, just a 20 minute drive from central Lichfield. There is ample free parking on site in the walled garden which is opposite the cookery school. If you are traveling to us by train we are a 20 minute taxi drive from two easily accessible train stations Burton and Lichfield Trent Valley.
