The expert chef teaching this Spanish cooking class, Jenny Chandler, has books on the subject, being a published author with a history of travelling the Mediterranean in the pursuit of her craft. Jenny has worked as a chef on a yacht, a food picker, a restaurant consultant, restaurant manager and eventually food blogger, writer and instructor. Jenny is keen to share her knowledge and passion for Spanish cuisine.
