Our global curry tour will include two dishes from India, possibly the perceived home of ‘curry’ for many people. We’ll move onto Thailand with a classic fragrant Thai’ curry. Then it’s onto Jamaica for a prawn curry with rice, showing how to cook rice perfectly alongside the use of dry spices.
