We’ll provide all the ingredients, wash up and prepare the ingredients for you ensuring you can spend as much time as possible learning. Join One of Our Pastry Courses
If you're a keen baker, you're probably always looking to try new techniques and cakes. In one of our typical patisserie courses, you'll spend the day being guided through a selection of recipes that will challenge your skills and make you come away feeling proud of what you've achieved. Types of pastry you may learn about in one of our pastry classes:
- Shortcrust pastry
- Pâte sucrée
- Hot water crust pastry
- Rough puff pastry
- Gluten-free pastry
- Choux pastry
In any of our pastry courses, you can expect to cook independently, watch chef demonstrations and to work in pairs/groups through the recipe stages. All courses at Seasoned come complete with guidance and support from the Seasoned staff and expert chef, along with help from the Kitchen Fairies who will do most of your washing up, and keep you topped up with tea and coffee.

We're privileged to work with some fantastic chefs at Seasoned Cookery School, such as Beca Lyne-Pirkis and Will Torrent. All of them are knowledgeable in their field and have the experience to help you produce a range of delicious pastry based dishes.
