Overview of the course
This half day pasta making course will teach you the art of perfect pasta, leaving you feeling confident when creating smooth pasta at home.
This course is taught by Craig, who has been in the food industry since the age of 20. With Craig’s passion and drive to teach aspiring chefs, if you attend this half day pasta course, you’re sure to take lots away from it.

- How to make a perfect pasta dough for great results every time
- Confidently use the pasta machine
- Hand rolling pasta
- Creating a variety of pasta from tagliatelle, ravioli and farfalle

This day long course is designed to give you total confidence in applying all of these techniques, so that you will have no trouble repeating the recipes when you get home.

On this pasta making course all equipment and ingredients will be provided as well as an apron to use during the course. You will then be able to sit down and enjoy your efforts in our dining room.
