Outdoor Cookery

Master the art of charcoal and wood fired cookery.  Led by Steven Lamb this will be a day learning to make the most of fire pit cooking so you have a range of skills and techniques to use with different meats & vegetables.   Cooking with both charcoal and wood we will create a feast of planked fish, Argentinian style chicken, Trussed leg of lamb alongside flatbreads & salads to accompany.
