At Seasoned we work with an incredible selection of chefs. But it’s not just about having famous chefs or offering celebrity cooking classes. They are all professionals with real passion for their areas of food expertise. They’ll happily answer any questions you have about what they’re doing and will clearly demonstrate each technique.

The aim of every course is that you leave feeling inspired to head back into your own kitchen. You’ll have a range of new recipes and the skills to recreate the dishes you learnt at home.

Tim Maddams

Tim Maddams is a writer, TV presenter, private chef and cookery teacher. He is perhaps most famous for leading the River Cottage team at Axminster. Tim has also appeared on high profile shows such as BBC Food and Drink, and Sunday Brunch on Channel 4. He has written numerous newspaper columns, and he also published the compendious foodie bible known as 'The River Cottage A-Z'.

Will Torrent

Will Torrent is an award-winning patisserie chef and chocolatier who trained under the watchful eye of Heston Blumenthal. Highly regarded in his field, Will is in demand as a teacher and as a consultant pastry chef. He is ambassador to chocolate company Barry Callebaut as well as an award winning author of three cookbooks.

Sara Danesin is a 2011 BBC Masterchef finalist, whose primary area of expertise is exceptional Italian food. Sara blends her Italian heritage with modern cooking techniques to create stylish and appealing Italian dishes.
