Jenny Chandler is your expert guide through the day. She has written several books on Mediterranean cooking and is an expert in pulses. This Mediterranean class is a great chance to learn new cooking methods and recipes, as well as enjoying the social aspect of cooking and eating as a group. These fabulous feasting dishes include vegan and vegetarian dishes, to which you’ll learn how to add meat or fish to in small quantities if you so choose.
