About Jenny Chandler
Jenny is a cookbook author and food fanatic. She is passionate about food and teaching enthusiastic fellow foodies. Jenny has written two Spanish cookbooks, with a third on all things pulses published in 2013. Not to leave out younger cooks, her fourth book is Cool Kids Cook.
Throughout her career Jenny has travelled around the world, spending time in America and Australia as well as Europe, eating, researching and travelling as a cook. Jenny has worked as a chef on an Italian yacht, which she credits for her love of Mediterranean food. She’s also worked as a food picker, a restaurant consultant, restaurant manager and eventually food blogger, writer and instructor.
