Our Italian cookery courses will help you to bring the flavours and techniques of the different Italian regions to life in your kitchen. You can learn the building blocks of Italian cooking. Take part in the basics – with fresh pasta making courses and bread making. Or, if you’ve mastered those skills, we also offer courses with more advanced techniques and dishes. Our course range includes lessons in Italian seafood. and we also run a speciality course on Sicilian food.

Course OverviewInspired by several cultures, Sicilian food is unique. Our one-day cookery course will see you learning about the history and specific flavour combinations that come together to make authentic Sicilian dishes. Our one-day Sicilian cookery course is led by our expert chef and former Masterchef finalist, Sara Danesin. She will inspire you and give you the confidence needed to recreate the dishes in your own home. Your friends and loved ones will love the new recipes in your repertoire.

Italian Cookery Classes
All of our Italian cookery courses are designed to give you a range of skills to use again. You’ll leave with recipes that you’ll want to make again at home, and also an appreciation of the flavours of an Italian kitchen. There’s something here for everyone, from simple, tasty, weekday meals to sophisticated dinner party dishes.
At Seasoned we love the chefs we work with on these courses, who are passionate about every aspect of Italian cooking. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to ask them any questions as they demonstrate each dish to you.
