Rayeesa Asghar – Sandys: the expert chef who will take you through the course
Rayeesa Asghar-Sandys was born and grew up in India, surrounded by the wonderful flavours of authentic Indian dishes. She began her career in the Met police, but switched to cookery when she realised how wonderful it was to make Indian sauces in her own kitchen. Rayeesa rose to fame when her idea of frozen Indian cooking sauce resulted in her being shortlisted on the BBC show ‘Be Your own Boss’.
