Intermediate Cookery Courses

All of our intermediate cookery courses are designed to teach you how to master a new cuisine such as Malaysian & Thai, or to add a new set of skills to your current culinary repertoire.

All of Seasoned chefs have a real passion for their chosen cuisine, this ensures all of our cookery courses are to the highest quality so you can get the most out of the day. On all of our Intermediate Cookery Courses ingredients for the day are provided as well as all of the equipment you will need for the duration of the cooking course. As part of the Seasoned experience you will not have to do you washing up on the day as we have our very own 'Seasoned Fairies' who will do this for you, this means all you have to worry about is absorbing the information from the day.

All of our cookery courses take place at our cookery school, which is located in South Derbyshire in the grounds of the beautiful Catton Hall Estate. Directions to our venue can be found on our 'Location' page. There is ample free on site parking in the walled garden opposite Seasoned.

When booking onto any Seasoned cookery course we do ask you inform us if you have any allergies, dietary requirements or are vegetarian.

Course Information:

Most full day courses run from 10:00am until 4:00pm 

If different, this will be stated on the course page


Lunch & refreshments throughout the day are provided

   

We will take care of the washing up so you can enjoy the day


Free on site parking is available.
