Overview of the course

This Indian cooking class is a fantastic way to learn how to make delightful Indian treats for your loved ones in your own kitchen at home. We have selected different dishes from around India, along with their signature spices, so that you can widen your repertoire. You will learn the basics of different regions within one of the world’s most popular cuisines.

The day will include hot, spicier dishes of the south region and rich, mellow dishes of the northern region. This course should inspire you and instill confidence. When you get home to your own kitchen, you will be able to confidently recreate these dishes for yourself.

Other career highlights have been appearing on TV cookery shows and being a judge at the Guild of Fine Foods ‘Great Taste Awards’. Alongside this, she has been a guest chef at a Michelin starred Intercontinental Hotel restaurant.
