Gluten-Free Cookery Courses

Just because you follow a gluten-free diet doesn’t mean you have to miss out on delicious bread, cakes and pastries. On our gluten free cookery courses, we show how just because you don’t include gluten in your diet you can still make fluffy cakes, crisp pastry, brilliant bread and even choux pastry for things like profiteroles.

As long as you tell us your dietary requirements at the time of booking, the following courses can include gluten-free versions of recipes. You’ll get all the things that Seasoned cookery courses are famous for: great chefs, new techniques, recipes you can recreate at home, all learnt in a friendly atmosphere.
