Just because you follow a gluten-free diet doesn’t mean you have to miss out on delicious bread, cakes and pastries. On our gluten free cookery courses, we show how just because you don’t include gluten in your diet you can still make fluffy cakes, crisp pastry, brilliant bread and even choux pastry for things like profiteroles.
