Whether you have a gluten intolerance yourself, you have coeliac in your family or perhaps you are looking to expand your baking repertoire. This gluten free baking course is suitable for anyone who is keen to gain knowledge and skills in the world of gluten free baking.
The day will focus on different skills that you can adapt for different occasions and flavours throughout the year, so that you can feel confident in your own kitchens producing beautiful gluten free products for friends and family.

For this course, we’re delighted to welcome Stephanie Clubb, your instructor for the day. An accomplished chef, she’s a pioneer in the art and science of gluten free baking. She’s been instrumental in developing gluten free recipes for one of the leading gluten free food suppliers in the UK. Passionate about the development of gluten free baking, she thoroughly enjoys inspiring that passion in others. Steph has seen for herself how the course is a game-changer for those who take it, whether because of their own needs or their family circumstances.
