South Indian food is one of the favourite cuisines of this rich and varied country.  It’s noted for dishes that are rich in coconut and tempered with curry leaves, mustard seeds, and mild chilli.

Our South Indian cooking classes will teach you how to perfectly blend spices to create simple, yet delicious dishes. Once this skill has been mastered it will stay with you forever. Led by an experienced, acclaimed Indian chef, you will learn how to prepare rice, lentils, vegetables, fish, chutneys and accompaniments to make a fragrant feast.
