Fine Dining - Contemporary food to impress 

A celebratory menu to impress friends and loved ones for a special family gathering or birthday celebration. 

One dish from each of the below courses is to be chosen for the whole group, to create a bespoke set menu.    


Starter

 House smoked duck with a  juniper berry crust served with a quince membrillo 

or

 Lobster tail "Terryaki " on a bed of mango salsa


Main

Guinea fowl three ways; poached breast, ballotine of thigh and a croquette of leg, served with braised salsify, spinach pomme puree and cumin spiced carrots

or 

Duhka spiced lamb rack with a sweet potato fondant, pea and mint puree with chantrelles and broad beans and chorizo bon bons 


   Dessert

  Maple roast pears , chocolate and coffee parfait with candied pecans 

or 

Chocolate and vanilla tart with a white chocolate panna cotta and a chocolate tuille


Costs

Fine dining menus start from £55 per person for a group of 20+ with smaller groups quoted on a bespoke basis.

Included in the above: 

Still and sparkling water, served on the table for the duration of the evening 

- Service, no additional tips are expected on the evening 

Wine

Wine can either be paired with the above courses by our wine merchant & served by the bottle. Or alternatively you can bring your own & we then just ask for a per person contribution towards glass hire & cleaning.
