A celebratory menu to impress friends and loved ones for a special family gathering or birthday celebration.
One dish from each of the below courses is to be chosen for the whole group, to create a bespoke set menu.
Chicken liver, Fleurie wine & shallot parfait, garden fruit chutney, toasted brioche
Assiette of milk fed rabbit, poached loin, confit of leg, roasted rack, toasted walnuts, red wine reduction
(V)Tartlet of roasted beetroots & Capricorn goats cheese, salsa Verdi, parmesan crisp
Poached fillet of salmon, chervil butter sauce, buttered leeks
Smoked haddock & mussel broth, soft poached quail egg
Crispy cod cheeks, truffle oil pea puree, confit potato
Slow cooked blade of British beef, orange & cardamom infused carrot, goose fat confit potato, wilted spinach, cabernet sauvignon red wine vinegar & bay leaf sauce
Spiced shoulder of Light Horne lamb, braised red cabbage, Israeli cous cous, roasted peppers & tomato, braising juices
Sage & garlic rack of Packington free range pork, creamed potato, apricots, savoy cabbage, cider jus
(V) Wild mushroom gnocchi, poached leeks, English garden peas & feves, beurre blanc)
Caramelised passion fruit tart, crème fraiche sorbet, pistachio praline
Black forest ‘trifle’ cherry jelly & chocolate sponge, crème patissiere, kirsch cherries

Fine dining menus start from £55 per person for a group of 20+ with smaller groups quoted on a bespoke basis.
Included in the above:
– Still and sparkling water, served on the table for the duration of the evening
– Service, no additional tips are expected on the evening
Wine can either be paired with the above courses by our wine merchant & served by the bottle. Or alternatively you can bring your own & we then just ask for a per person contribution towards glass hire & cleaning.
