About David Bailey

David Bailey, along with his wife Charlotte, runs an award-winning street food business ‘Wholefood Heaven’. A trained chef, David has over eighteen years of restaurant experience, including at some of the UK’s top vegetarian restaurants. He also has a vast amount of experience teaching vegetarian, vegan and raw food classes throughout the UK.

David and Charlotte have also written a vegan cookbook, ‘The Fresh Vegan Kitchen’. Their street food business began in 2009, and their Citroen H van is a regular sight at festivals around the UK. Their expertise and amazing food resulted in them winning an award for Best Main Dish at the British Street Food Awards.

David joined the Seasoned team in 2016, and it’s great to have him teaching here with us.
