This one day British meat masterclass is a celebration of the best of British meat.


This fun one-day cookery course is designed for men who want to develop a sound repertoire of delicious, tasty dishes. If you are a man who rarely cooks, or if you know one, this course is ideal. It will help you to gain confidence in the kitchen and give you the building blocks for some great meals.


Master the art of pork from nose to tail, with our one day pig butchery course. As well as learning the basic principles of pig butchery you'll learn to make and cook a whole host of porky products.   Led by Steven Lamb this course will expand your knowledge of food and increase your culinary repertoire.

Learn how to master many Malaysian cooking traditions and skills which are perfect for cooking tasty Malaysian dishes. If you like world cuisine, then this course is for you.

Perfect your patisserie skills under the expert guidance of award-winning patisserie chef Will Torrent in a fun and action-packed day.

Huge Range of Cookery Courses

Our huge range of courses covers everything from kitchen classics to specialist skills such as home smoking and seasonal foraging. For less confident cooks we have courses that will teach you the basics to cook a great dinner for friends and family. For those looking to advance their knowledge, there are courses covering skills including macaron making, fine patisserie or cooking with game. If time is short, then we also offer some half day courses.

Our chefs also teach the skills behind regional cooking, such as Indian, Spanish, Italian or Middle Eastern food. Many courses can also be adapted for anyone looking for vegetarian options. We also offer a number of courses in gluten-free cooking and baking and can adapt some other courses. Running up to Christmas, we can help you get in the mood, and get ahead, with some of the dishes and bakes for your festivities.

If you’re ready to go ahead with your booking, then follow the instruction on each course page to book online. Joining instructions will be emailed to you along with your confirmation. We accept all major credit and debit cards, or you can pay by PayPal. Please also let us know of any dietary requirements.
