Your chef tutor
Will Torrent is the perfect chef to teach this course, having been noticed as one of the most promising Chocolatiers in the UK. Alongside his teaching, Will has worked with some of the finest chefs & food companies. Will is also the consultant pastry chef to Waitrose.
Will’s passion for chocolate has enabled him to appear on popular TV programs like Sunday Brunch & This Morning. He also has fabulous books like like Patisserie at Home & Afternoon Tea at Home. His no-nonsense approach has not only earned high end praise, but also enabled him to produce some of the finest recipes in the country.
About your day
Just minutes from the A38, our Patisserie courses take place on the Catton Hall Estate. We also have plenty of free parking.
You’ll have the support of our “kitchen fairies” who’ll ensure you have everything you need. We’ll provide an apron for the day, and all the equipment and ingredients.
Your day includes a delicious light lunch served with wine or soft drinks.
Our day courses run from 9.30am to 5pm. Join the team for early morning refreshments from 9.15am.
