What our bread making cookery day involves
At the start of the day your team will be divided up to smaller teams with each of these smaller teams designating a ‘head chef’. This nominated person will be in charge of keeping the team together, allocating tasks as well as time keeping. An expert chef will be on hand to teach basic bread making principles and techniques such as kneading and shaping.
