Our bread making courses are designed to help you progress, whether you're a complete novice or looking to master something more challenging. For beginners, "Bread Making Made Easy" will have you confidently making sweet and savoury breads by the end of the day. On other courses, you can learn how to perfect enriched doughs and open up a new repertoire in your home baking.

Whatever your level of experience, our experienced chefs will help you leave the day with new skills and confidence. We'd encourage you to ask as many questions as you like, the chefs are more than happy to help. As you head off home, you'll take back boxes full of your delicious bakes. If you can resist them that long! We love working with some of the country's best bread makers here at Seasoned.
