Welcome Beth to Seasoned Cookery School
Seasoned Cookery School would like to introduce Beth – a new member to our team. Beth will be with us for a year completing a marketing internship. Beth will not only be the inspiration behind Seasoned’s facebook and twitter accounts but also manning the phone in the office and taking bookings for courses.
To get to know Beth’s here is a little introduction:
What has been your top foodie discovery?
I have just recently discovered my love for Banana bread, and I have tried so many recipes to find my favourite! I’m still on the search so if anyone has any recipes I would love to try them out!
Where is the best place you’ve eaten out recently?
I was recently on holiday in Cyprus, on the South West coast in a little town just outside of Paphos and I ate at the most amazing French restaurant called Le Jardin.
What is your food heaven & food hell?
My food heaven has to be freshly made pasta, especially when in a lasagna! My food hell is peas; even since I was a child I have never been able to eat them.
What dish are you currently trying to perfect?
I am currently trying to perfect my baking skills in general, so hopefully with tips from Brendan Lynch I will be well on my way in the near future.
What have you got planned in the next month or two?
Next month I am going to London with a few friends to watch a Broadway show and to explore the city, which I am very excited about.
