We’re lucky enough to have two former GBBO contestants working with us at Seasoned. Beca Lyn-Pirkis and Ruth Clemens teach courses that teach a range of skills including pastry, macarons and a new Easter baking course.
Clueless in the kitchen
Award-winning Will Torrent teaches a range of courses with us including chocolate patisserie and our new Easter egg and truffles making course. Will’s courses are a must for chocolate lovers. Sous Chef sell lots of harder to find ingredients for the budding patissier.
All serious foodies need a good kitchen knife. We use IOShen knives on our courses, with our personal favourite being the oriental cleaver. A day on our Budding Masterchef course or knife skills course would be the perfect partner for the knife.
We run a range of Indian courses from beginner courses to days suitable for people who want to master contemporary restaurant style dishes. Our three Indian chefs, Monisha, Rayeesa and Sudya will show you how.
Lover of British produce and game
May 2016 sees our new Tim Maddams course – Forage & Feast. A day involving gin, walk, forage, a leisurely lunch all paired with the finest British drinks. One of the drinks being Penderyn Sherrywood, a delicious Welsh single malt whisky.
We’ve got international cuisine covered with courses from Japan, Italy, Spain, Sicily, Thailand, Middle Eastern and more. Our newest courses with Jenny Chandler have brought some exotic, fragrant smells to the Seasoned kitchen.
Vegetarian and vegan festival goer
David Bailey, who teaches our Modern Vegetarian course, is the king of vegetarian festival food with his buddha bowls. This course is easily adapted for vegans too. His cookbook, The Fresh Vegan Kitchen, is a favourite amongst the Seasoned staff.
Successful entertaining is an art. We can show them how to cook the perfect menu on our Dinner Party Tips and Tricks course and as the gift giver you can hopefully reap the benefits of delicious food.
Gluten Free Baker
Steph Clubb, our resident gluten free expert, will show how to make gluten free treats on this gluten free baking course. Perfect for those who are on a gluten free diet or who want to know how to bake gluten free breads, pasties and cakes.

While we don’t do courses for children surely no self-respecting mini foodie should be without a wooden play cheeseboard.
