Here’s some of our favourite recipes which we’ve collaborated for you to try when you’re entertaining Christmas!
This recipe makes a perfect light supper, great for a mid week meal on a cold winters evening. It would be ideal for boxing day dinner after over indulging on Christmas day!
Packington cockerel with sausage meat stuffing
What’s Christmas without turkey some of you may think?? However… Local poultry producers Packington Free Range breed a great selection of cockerels which are perfect for feeding large parties and have delicious flavour. We recommend packington free range pork sausage meat & thyme stuffing to have with it!
For a pre-Christmas weekend roast Clare will be cooking this slow cooked lamb shoulder recipe, with the addition of some sliced anchovies – tried and tested by regular Seasoned customer Alice – we can’t wait!
This is a delicous recipe which makes the perfect roast potatoes (Rupert’s favourite). These will definitely take centre stage of any Christmas dinner – made traditionally with goose fat & infused with rosemary.
This is a great festive twist on our much loved peanut square recipe – and perfect for those who are not keen on peanuts! They are quick & easy to whip up, ideal if you’ve got friends popping around in 10 minutes!

These delicious festive treats make a great alternative to traditional mince pies. The frangipane topping adds great flavour and makes them much lighter than having a double layer of pastry. If minced meat isn’t your favourite – just replace with raspberry jam!
