After a year away at University where she achieved a 1st degree Classification Katie is back with us at Seasoned Cookery School. Katie is now the manager of Seasoned and will be brains behind the operation of the cookery school.

We have asked Katie 5 questions about her foodie habits and here are her answers:

What has been your top foodie discovery recently?

When I was in Carovigno, in Southern Italy I had battered olives. They came part of an anti-pasti and were absolutely divine!

Where is the best place you’ve eaten at recently?

The best place is Cullens in Stone (fine dining cuisine and aiming for a Michelin star), 3 courses for £33, gorgeous modern British food.

 What is your food heaven & your food hell?

My food heaven has been the same for years Steak and Stilton Pie. My food hell is Parsley!

What dish do you currently want to perfect?

It’s not a specific dish, but I want to get better at Indian cuisine and balancing spices.

What have you got planned in the next month or two?

Working as manager at Seasoned cookery school and deciding which michellin star restaurant to go to as a belated birthday present!
