Seasoned Cookery School- Contemporary Indian Cuisine

Based in North London, Spice Monkey offers Indian cookery classes for beginners, for those who are more advanced, ones specifically for vegetarians and a course all about Indian street food.  The courses are from 3 hours long and starts at £95.

Ashburton Cookery School

On this course our specialist Chef Tutor, Monisha Bharadwaj will teach you how to work with fresh ingredients, herbs and spices to create Indian starters, curries, main dishes and accompaniments that truly reflect the spirit of Indian cuisine and that can easily be replicated in the home without Tandoor ovens or specialist equipment. Dilli pride themselves on value for money cookery classes where you will take authentic ingredients and spices and create great tasting Indian food.  There is a choice of vegetarian or non-vegetarian three hour cookery classes starting from £85.

 Sharmini

This course is designed to introduce curry lovers to the mysteries of Indian cooking. The course on BBQ Indian cooking covers dishes such as: Shammi kebab, Tandoori chicken, Vegetable kebab, Relish and dips: Kachumber, Tomato chutney Mango chutney and Naan bread. Full day cookery courses start at £145 per person.
