Cook & Dine Experience with IHG at Seasoned Cookery School
InterContinental Hotel Group – one of the largest hotel companies in the UK joined Seasoned in June for a cook & dine team day experience.

The team of 11 were coming as a reward for superb work being ‘star achievers’. The 3 hour cook and dine experience fitted their brief perfectly – to provide a fun team day for their team to enjoy.
After arriving in the beautiful grounds of Catton Hall at 12 o’clock, the team enjoyed home-made refreshments and tea & coffee for 20 minutes, before donning their aprons and begging to make their Moroccan feast, under the watchful eyes of Jeff Thomas, Seasoned head chef.
Deboning chickens was the first challenge of the day – this pushed some people to the limit and necessitated teamwork, listening and communication skills! After making delicious cous cous and flat breads the team enjoyed a Moroccan feast for lunch.
A soufflé challenge followed – light as a feather raspberry soufflés produced by all – a fun challenge with a great feel good factor.
