This page has communicated the initial closure of the cookery school and subsequent correspondence with customers throughout the closure period.

15th July 2020

We regret that we have handed over the administration of Seasoned Courses Ltd to an insolvency practitioner.

We had hoped to handle the process internally and avoid the need for formal liquidation, however embarking on this process since July 1st has shown us that this is no longer viable.  This situation is deeply regrettable, however the financial stresses generated by Covid 19 and the vicious nature of some e-mails received mean that we have no other option.

If you have e-mailed previously and we have been unable to get back to you, please accept our apologies. The reality of the current situation is that our admin personnel have been on the government furlough scheme, in order to preserve funds in the business to hand back to you.  This has meant that the response time for the hundred of e-mails received has been slower than we would have liked.

We are truly saddened by this outcome, we had the best of intentions at heart.

All e-mails will be automatically forwarded to Steve Thatcher (SteveT@fasimms.com) of F.A Simms Ltd who is looking after this case.

CV19 Update – Cookery School Future

We are very sad to announce that we will not be re-opening the cookery school’s doors after the current restrictions end.

Our 2020/2021 Calendar of events are all cancelled.  If you have a course booked, or a gift voucher, please e-mail us from 1 July onwards so we can organised a refund.  Please do not e-mail us until then as the office is currently closed.

We want to thank our team, our chefs and customers for 10 years of amazing times. We will miss the buzz of our kitchen and are sad not to be continuing to cook and enjoy great food with so many of you.
