Cookery for International Business & Localisation

Posted on 10/04/14

Food and cooking is a superb way to integrate international business visitors to the culture of the UK. Seasoned will provide a fun activity for you to enjoy with your international guests, along with a quintessential British experience that they will remember, giving lasting business benefits as they understand more about the British culture.

Begin with coffee & refreshments, before starting to create a superb three or four course meal that you will enjoy as a team. Throughout the experience there will be plenty of time for you to bond with your guests and get to know the ‘real person’ that is so crucial for successful business.

Your location is in the grounds of the Catton Hall Estate – a family run English stately home in the heart of the country & close to Birmingham, Derby, Nottingham and East Midlands & Birmingham airports – perfect for travelling guests.

Accommodation can be made available at Catton Hall, on site for groups of up to 16, or there are a host of good hotels in the nearby vicinity. Popular menus for an “international business” cookery day include: – Three cheese scones with asparagus & smoked salmon mousse – Individual Beef Wellingtons with roast potatoes, a rich red wine jus and seasonal vegetables – Chocolate fondants with grand marnier sauce or – Raspberry & shortbread towers with Chantilly crème. The timing of your day can be tailored to your requirements – morning, afternoon, evening or all day activities all work well, with the option of holding a meeting in our private meeting room.
