On all of our basic cookery courses ingredients are included as well as equipment and an apron to use for the duration of the course. Another perk to attending a Seasoned cookery course is we have our very own 'Seasoned Fairies' who will do the washing up for you on the day so all you need to focus on is taking in information and thinking of questions for our expert chefs.
When booking please could you make us aware of any dietary requirements or if you are vegetarian, this way we can design the day so you can get the most out of it.
On the baking related courses we do ask that you bring 3 large containers with you so you are able to take your delicious freshly baked goods home with you in one piece.
All of the cookery courses take place at our cookery school, which is located at Catton Hall in South Derbyshire just off the A38. If you aren't driving and are getting the train to us we are 15 - 20 minutes taxi journey from two major train stations, Burton and Lichfield Trent Valley. Please do get in touch if you require a local taxi number. There is ample free parking on site in the walled garden opposite the cookery school.
