Asian Cooking Courses
Seasoned’s Asian cookery courses are taught by two talented and experienced chefs. Norman and Julie each teach different courses, specialising in their favourite cuisine – Malaysian Classics and Malaysian street food.
If you’ve never cooked Asian food from scratch our Malaysian classics course aims to give you the building blocks of their cuisines with flavoursome curries and laksa’s that will become family favourites. Our Malaysian street food course shows you how to make some of the classic Malaysian & Thai street food e.g. Tom Yum Soup and spring rolls.

At the end of your day with us, you’ll leave with an inspiring range of new recipes and skills to use again in your own kitchen. Seasoned is proud to offer courses with chefs who each teach their chosen cuisine and are passionate in this area. Hugely passionate about their specialist areas, they’ll happily answer any questions while they demonstrate each technique.
