Evening Overview

This will be a special fine dining evening, enjoying a 5 course taster menu cooked by Professional MasterChef finalist Claire Hutchings.

Since MasterChef, Claire has been awarded the ‘Johnnie Borra Award’ for outstanding young chef of the year in 2012. Claire is currently working for a Michelin starred restaurant in Mallorca. This is one of the rare opportunities to eat Claire’s food in the UK.

Your evening will include:

  • Welcome drink & canapés
  • A 20 minute demonstration of one of the courses of the evening
  • A five course tasting menu  
  • The chance for individual questions with Claire
  • Wine available to purchase on the night

Start time  – 7:00 with canapés & a welcome drink

Dress Code – Smart casual

This is a relaxed, enjoyable evening, being seated on two tables of 12, to enjoy the experience with other guests.
