Accidentally Vegetarian

Course Overview

We’re putting on this course by popular request, for those who are either looking to reduce the amount of meat they eat, or are cooking for more vegetarians amongst their friends and family.

Led by Jenny Chandler, her style of cooking has been described as ‘accidentally vegetarian’ as she cleverly uses plenty of herbs, pulses, nuts and caramelisation to give superb depth of flavour alongside a herby ‘zing’.

Dishes on the day will be from the Mediterranean region, so they all tie together into a flavoursome feast. This means you’ll have the basis for a whole menu for a family event for example, or can choose dishes to fit easily into your day to day cookery.
