About Jackie Kearney
A finalist on 2011’s Masterchef, Jackie has a huge passion for Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and vegan food. She has travelled widely across Asia and worked with some of the UK’s most highly regarded chefs. Jackie has an aim to ‘raise the bar’ for vegetarian and Asian food in the UK.
A street food pioneer in the UK, she runs her own Asian street food business and authored the best selling cook book ‘Vegan Street Food’ focusing on dishes from the Far East. Jackie’s second cookbook, My Vegan Travels, will be published in October 2017.
On this course, Jackie will take you on an Asian culinary journey. You’ll learn essential skills, techniques and flavour combinations to amaze your friends and family with when you get home.
