Will Torrent

Will is an award winning patisserie chef and chocolatier who is consultant pastry chef to Waitrose, Global Ambassador for Cacao Barry, WorldSkills UK and the Christian charity Tearfund 
as well as being a member of the Craft Guild
of Chefs, Academy of Chocolate and Guild of Food Writers.

Will has authored three fabulous books, Patisserie at home, Chocolate at home and Afternoon tea treats.  His ethos revolves around making patisserie simple enough to create at home, with tips and tricks to make it look and taste fantastic.
