Sudha is chef patron of a fine dining Indian restaurant in Birmingham. He is extremely talented and his imagination towards Indian cuisine results in exquisite, delicately flavoured culinary masterpieces. 

Sudha's hard work and fantastic food was recognised when he won the regional competition of ITV’s Britain’s Best Dish as well as being a semi- finalist for National chef of the year. 

Sudha teaches our ‘Contemporary Indian’ cookery courses, which focus on using delicate Indian spices to transform simple seasonal ingredients into fabulous dishes.

Sudha's Indian cookery courses are perfect if you already cook some Indian food at home but want to be able to create more refined, fine dining Indian food.   Sudha is a master in his field and his days have an air of concentration about them as guests concentrate to master the delicate blend of spices and techniques that is the basis of contemporary Indian cuisine. 

Course Information:

Most full day courses run from 10:00am until 4:00pm
