Steph has forged a brilliant career in the food industry, specialising in Gluten Free recipe development and teaching.

Steph has come to Seasoned to teach our gluten free baking course, she has a wealth of knowledge on the subject and has ‘unlocked’ the world of Gluten Free to bakers on our one day course.

Below will give you a little more information about the day.

As well as teaching our gluten free baking course, Steph  works as a freelance interim NPD consultant and home economist.  Specialising in gluten free recipe development.
