Ruth Clemens, finalist on the first series of the BBC Great BritishBake Off is an enthusiastic baker & the proud owner of ‘The Pink Whisk’ food blog where she shares delicious baking recipes with her followers.  Ruth is passionate about sharing her knowledge with others.

Ruth joined the Seasoned team in 2011 and now teaches a superb bread-making course.  In her friendly & informative manner Ruth will cover essential skills and techniques, so that you can make a variety of different breads successfully in your own kitchen.

Ruth's blog is www.thepinkwhisk.co.uk - a superb collection of baking recipes, baking know how and the odd superb competition!  Ruth's books include The Pink Whisk's guide to Bread Making, Cakes and Cake decorating.  

Ruth has become well known for her detailed, 'step by step' approach to recipes - both on her baking courses, on her blog and in her books.  Ruth's is a friendly, exceptionally knowledgable baker and we love having her as part of the Seasoned Cookery School Team! 

Living in Poynton, Cheshire, Ruth visits Seasoned in Derbyshire several times a year to teach her bread making courses.  Please enquire early about dates as her days often fill quickly.   

Course Information:

Most full day courses run from 10:00am until 4:00pm

We will take care of the washing up so you can enjoy the day
