Our Team

Meet Seasoned Cookery School team, located near Birmingham.  Clare & her team organise all of the cookery courses which are taught by a selection of different chefs.

Clare Major

Clare is the founder of Seasoned Cookery School. Clare is passionate about inspiring people with food and creating memorable experiences for everyone who passes through the Seasoned door. Clare focuses on running the marketing side of the business. However Clare can always be relied on to be chief taster, tea & coffee maker and swaps her computer for her washing up gloves at the drop of a hat!

Harriet Livesey

Education and inspiration runs throughout the Seasoned brand and every year Clare takes on a graduate placement student - this year Harriet Livesey joins us from Harper Adams University. Harriet is passionate about food, food photography and marketing and is central to the smooth running of the business.

Tania Spooner

Tania started working for Seasoned in 2013 and has now established herself as queen of the kitchen! Tania will be around on course days and is more than happy to help in any way she can.

Catton Hall is situated on the A38, 30 minutes from Birmingham.   With close links to Birmingham Airport, Birmingham businesses as well as Derby, Nottingham and Leicester.  Seasoned is in a prime position for team building activities and cookery courses around the Midlands. 
Course Information:

Most full day courses run from 10:00am until 4:00pm

Lunch & refreshments throughout the day are provided

   

We will take care of the washing up so you can enjoy the day
