Ian Boden is a local Staffordshire chef, settling into Staffordshire life after a very successful career in the food industry. Ian's previous roles included cooking and creating Michelin level cuisine in restaurants such as the Birmingham Swallow, The Vineyard and The Belfry.
Ian is classically trained and his style is tasty, modern British cooking. His friendly approach to teaching makes his cookery courses a fun filled day, inspiring guests to master their new found skills at home in their own kitchens.

Ian now focuses on food consultancy, teaching and private dining. Ian has acted as development chef for many of our food photography & filming days and created bespoke menus for our private dining events.
All of Ian’s cookery courses, private dining events and food styling events are carried out with flair and proffesionalism. Located in Staffordshire, Ian is one of our most local chefs and we enjoy having him as part of the cookery school team.
Most full day courses run from 10:00am until 4:00pm
