Barry Colenso is a master chocolatier with previous employment including the Savoy Hotel where he was head pattiserie chef where he created chocolate masterpieces for the Queen and Queen’s mother. Barry was also head chocolatier at Thorntons, and most recently helped with the production of the 2014 Royal chocolate wedding cake
Barry teaches our Chocolate course teaching the essential skills and techniques needed when working with chocolate at home.
Most full day courses run from 10:00am until 4:00pm

Lunch & refreshments throughout the day are provided
We will take care of the washing up so you can enjoy the day
Free on site parking is available.
