Our team of chefs have many years of cookery experience between them, from the kitchens of top restaurants to working in patisseries and bakeries around the world. They hold awards for their culinary expertise, and many have written bestselling books on everything from chocolate to gluten-free cooking.
You’ll know some of our chefs from their television appearances. Others are recognised specialists in their field of interest. You’ll be taught by highly qualified professionals who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and experience. All the chefs will make time to answer any burning questions you have on the topic of the day, giving you the chance to pick their brains for valuable advice.
Our classes are small, and the emphasis is on creating a relaxed atmosphere. Our “kitchen fairies” take care of everything apart from the cooking, including the dreaded washing up.
Expert Cookery Lessons
We have over 35 different cookery lessons from you to choose from. You can learn everything from the key sauces in classical cooking through to the intricacies of patisserie and chocolate work. We also have chefs teaching a range of specialist skills such as gluten-free baking or home smoking and curing.
